Build the strength needed to level up your aerial practice! Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, on- and off-the-ground strengthening, and resistance work designed to build grip strength, core stability, overall body control, and prevent injury. This class is highly recommended for advanced students and those who are interested in performing in our professional shows. All levels, age 12+.
