Splits and backbends take more than just stretching! In this class, we will target key areas like hips, hamstrings, back, and shoulders using a combination of dynamic/active stretching and strengthening techniques to support deeper mobility and prevent injury. Each class will also touch on some inversion drills (headstand, forearm stand, handstand, shoulder stand, etc for all ability levels). GREAT CROSS-TRAINING FOR YOGIS! All levels, age 12+.
