Lyra Level 1/Foundations
with Avery

This class is for complete beginners with no prior lyra/aerial hoop experience, with no strength/flexibility requirements. We'll stay very low to the ground, working on foundational skills on the lyra. Students will learn the terminology needed to feel comfortable in classes. This class is taught at a slow pace and prioritizes safety and confidence in a supportive environment. Age 12+, adults welcome!
