Silks Level 2

This class is designed for students with proficiency in Level 1 skills. Ask a coach or email [email protected] if you are unsure what level you are in. We will work on Level 2 skills on aerial silks including inverts, strength-based skills, and longer sequences. Students should continue in Level 1 classes until they are comfortable with all Level 1 skills before signing up for this class. Age 12+, adults welcome!
