This class focuses on foundational rope skills including flares, grip strength, and dynamic sequencing.
This class is not for beginner aerialists. Prior experience with pole or silks required. Ask a coach if you are unsure if this class is for you.
Prerequisites: proper climbing technique & a consistently controlled invert in the air
