Silks Level 3
This class is for students who have shown proficiency in all Level 2 skills on aerial silks (ask a coach or email [email protected] if you are unsure what level you are in). We will explore more complex wraps, sequences, drops, transitions, and strengthening. Students will build endurance, refine their technique, and develop their own style. Age 12+, adults welcome!
