Intro to Choreography

Do your poses feel stiff or awkward? Do you find yourself rushing through sequences? This class is your place to slow down and focus on flow. Here you'll refine your form, play with movement style, and troubleshoot sticky areas. We'll use simple sequences on various apparatuses to zero in on details. This class pairs well with our Ballet/Dance Basics for Aerialists.

Students should have some experience in either Level 2 Lyra or Level 2 Silks. Age 12+, adults welcome!
